CERES Fair Food have had a low fodmap veg box for almost 10 years. Their hope is to help people on the low FODMAP diet to shop for fresh organic veggies more easily & with the convenience of having them delivered to their door the next day, 6 days a week.

How can a vegetable box be low FODMAP?

FODMAP Friendly Food Program independently test food and food products through an approved NATA accredited food laboratory. This box is developed using FODMAP Friendly’s testing data and you can find this data on our free app.
However, there are many factors that can affect FODMAP content such as different levels of ripeness and source of origin. As we are all different and have different tolerances, it is good to assess your own tolerance.
But remember to stick to the approved serve size (found on our app) if you are following the low FODMAP diet.
