FODMAP Friendly Waffles Recipe, Featuring Rice Milk!

Time for a FODMAP Friendly recipe we think, featuring Rice Milk!

FODMAP FRIENDLY WAFFLES:

– 2 cups rice milk
– 2 cups gluten free flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– dash of stevia

Mix all ingredients together by hand or in blender, adding water if mixture is too think.
Heat small batches in waffle maker, until golden brown.
Serve with toppings of choice – we recommend a small amount of berries and lactose free yoghurt. Enjoy!

NB – we know FODMAPs can be individual, feel free to adjust according to personal thresholds!
