Natureen’s recently FODMAP Friendly certified buckwheat wraps! 

Whilst wraps are traditionally used in savoury recipes, they also make for the perfect base for a delicious dessert.

Whether you’re a sweet or savoury lover, we’ve got a low FODMAP recipe for you using all low FODMAP ingredients to keep your gut happy and healthy! 

 

FODMAP Lamb Salad & Yoghurt Wraps

Suggested Serving for 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Natureen Buckwheat Wrap
  • 70g Stripes of lamb
  • 10g Mixed Lettuce
  • 3 Thinly Sliced Tomato
  • 10g Spring Onion (Green tops only)
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Wedge Lemon Juice
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • Sprinkle of  Pepper
  • Sprinkle of Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Olive oil

 

FODMAP Strawberries & Hazelnut Wraps

Suggested Serving for 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 Natureen Buckwheat Wrap
  • 1 Tbsp Hazelnut Spread
  • 4 Sliced Strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 10 g Grated Chocolate
