FODMAP Friendly Veggie Quiche Recipe
A great meal to prep for a work or school lunchbox!
We’ve made some FODMAP Friendly swaps to create this low FODMAP quiche recipe for all to enjoy!
You can further modify this recipe by adding your own low FODMAP vegetables!
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 Thawed Simply Wize Puff Pastry Sheet
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Rocket
- 1 Tomato Sliced Thinly
- 5 Eggs
- ½ Cup Liddells Lactose Free Full Cream Milk
- ½ Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- ¼ Tsp Nutmeg
Steps:
- 1. Preheat Oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
- 2. Line round quiche tin with Simply Wize Puff Pastry Sheet (you may need to roll out the pastry to suit the size of your tin).
- 3. In a bowl, whisk 5 eggs, Liddells Lactose Full Cream Milk & nutmeg.
- 4. Place spinach, rocket and sliced tomato evenly across the base of the quiche tin.
- 5. Pour egg mixture into the quiche tin.
- 6. Sprinkle Swiss cheese across the top of the quiche.
- 7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the quiche filling has set.
- 8. Serve with your favourite low FODMAP salad on the side.
