Introducing the newly FODMAP Friendly certified WILDE Gluten Free Ginger Beer

Put down your beer and jump over to the Wilde side of the fence! It’s time to try something different – A contemporary Australian ginger beer, carefully crafted using home-grown native Lemon Myrtle, the Dingo delivers a spicy bite. Drink on its own, over ice or mixed as a cocktail to quench any thirst.

Wilde beers are made from sorghum to be naturally Gluten Free and vegan friendly and to top it off FODMAP Friendly Certified! WILDE have a strict GMO and Gluten Free zone.
Wilde beer is made from 100% pure white sorghum grain, that means it’s gluten free and non-GMO (a GMO is a genetically modified organism, they stay away from these).
The water is purified by reverse osmosis and then filtered through a Granular Activated Carbon Filter to remove any nasties found in the water.

They are fully endorsed by Coeliac Australia and audited by them every year with a focus on all steps in their production, ensuring no chance of cross contamination could occur.
All Gluten Free ingredients and finished goods are stored separately.

Also, these are from premium quality hops, with no additives or preservatives and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners.

Carefully selected kettle hops improve the flavour, so you are left with a clean and refreshing drop that tastes just as good as its gluten-based counterparts.

“Sorghum is frequently overlooked by beer producers, because of the difficulties to brew with it. What many people don’t realise however, is that sorghum actually has many great health benefits and is highly nutritious with good amount of iron, but also, it is the better choice for our farmers! Since sorghum is drought resistant and demands significantly less water than other grains, it makes it the perfect base from which to brew Wilde Crisp Lager.”
