Is GUAR GUM FODMAP Friendly?

By now you will no doubt have seen Guar Gum used as an ingredient in many food products, particularly in baked goods.

This ingredient is often used as a thickener, gelling agent and stabilizer, often in the place of gluten or other congealing ingredients.

Due to popular request, we recently submitted Guar Gum for independent laboratory testing, to verify its FODMAP levels.
